  Abstract

The local theta correspondence is a certain construction of representations of a classical group (over a p-adic field) from those of another classical group.

In this talk, we explain how arithmetic/analytic invariants of representations behave under this correspondence. Then we interpret the results in terms of Langlands functoriality.

This is joint work with Wee Teck Ga.
